Staff were accommodating and we loved our time there. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was twin. Plenty of outstanding items for English breakfast. Fantastic overall experience.

Hassle-free check-in, amazing communication, impeccable location. Quality dishes were served at the traditional restaurant. The staff were unobtrusive and sympathetic and informal lobby.

Overall a VERY RELAXING stay - good value, considering prices in other hotels. Super breakfast, good beds. Captivating view of lagoon. I visited an in-house restaurant and loved the Mexican meals they offer.

Great place for celebrating anniversary, felt like home. Breakfast was amazing, bed was very comfy, lovely area. Central setting of the hotel. My themed room was airy. The service was excellent too.

Brilliant location plus good value. The hotel had a very good breakfast with bacon, eggs and bakery to order. Themed and well-kept room, I had a very positive stay. The pool was incredible and the garden - lovely: )
